I spent quite a bit of time trying to decide the best way to introduce myself in this space. I felt some pressure to match the tone of other coaches out here on Beyonce’s internet—don’t get me wrong, some of them had amazing bios and really spoke to the spirit of coaching, but for me (and my Leo Sun) that formula felt a little flat? Serious? That said, here’s my first interation of an introduction, I reserve the right to change my mind.

I am Black woman who gets ‘ish’ done. I’m a west Philly jawn who is healing so petty still lives within me for now—I talk with my hands. I cuss, and watch terrible reality TV—sometimes at the same time. I regularly laugh at my own jokes, and when needed I can give a lethal side eye (ask my cat, she can tell you best). I’m a reader, a caretaker and damn great friend. I’m a dreamer, a believer in magic. I’m an intuitive (that means I just be knowing)—I am a dynamic, layered and textured whole ass human who might be the liberatory coach for you.
